• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your session (OTP/Device).
• Any fraudulent activity or misuse of the portal will result in legal action under the IT Act.

3. Service Limit

LabourSeva reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice. We are not liable for any interruptions or data loss due to technical failures.

4. Identity Verification

We may require additional proof of identity for specific services. Failure to provide such proof may lead to rejection of your application.
