Click on "Register" on the homepage. Enter your full name, email address, mobile number, and create a password. Verify your mobile number with OTP to complete registration.
What documents are required for registration?
For basic registration, you only need a valid mobile number and email address. For availing specific services like e-Shram, you will need your Aadhaar card and occupation details.
Can I update my registered mobile number?
Yes, you can update your mobile number from the "Edit Profile" section after logging in. The new number will be verified via OTP before the change is confirmed.

What services are available on LabourSeva?
LabourSeva offers various services including e-Shram card registration, labor welfare schemes, PF related services, insurance schemes, and compliance-related documentation for workers and employers.
How long does it take to process a service request?
Processing time varies by service. Most digital services like e-Shram are processed within 7-10 working days. You can track the status of your application in real-time from your dashboard.
Can I apply for multiple services at once?
Yes, you can apply for multiple services. Each service request is processed independently. We recommend completing one application before starting another for better tracking.
Payments & Wallet
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), Credit/Debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay), Net Banking from all major banks, and LabourSeva Wallet. All transactions are secured with 256-bit SSL encryption.
How do I add money to my LabourSeva Wallet?
Login to your account, go to "My Wallet" section, click on "Add Money", enter the amount, and complete the payment using your preferred payment method. The balance will be updated instantly.
Is there a refund policy?
Refunds are processed as per government guidelines. If a service cannot be delivered, the amount will be refunded to your original payment method or LabourSeva Wallet within 7-14 working days.
Documents & Downloads
How do I download my e-Shram card?
Once your e-Shram registration is approved, login to your account, go to "My Documents" section, find your e-Shram card, and click on "Download PDF". The card will be downloaded with digital signature.
Are the downloaded documents legally valid?
Yes, all documents downloaded from LabourSeva are digitally signed by authorized government officials and carry a unique verification code. Employers and authorities can verify authenticity online.
What if I lose my downloaded document?
You can re-download your documents anytime from the "My Documents" section. We recommend storing your documents securely. Your document history is maintained for your convenience.
