To register for e-Shram card, login to your account, navigate to "Browse Services" and select "e-Shram Card Registration". Fill in your Aadhaar details, occupation information, and complete the payment. Your card will be generated within 7-10 working days.

How can I reset my password?

Click on the "Forgot Password" link on the login page. Enter your registered email address or mobile number. You will receive an OTP to verify your identity. After verification, you can set a new password for your account.

Can I update my profile details after registration?

Yes, you can update your profile details by logging into your dashboard and navigating to "Edit Profile". You can update your address, mobile number, and other personal details. However, your name and email cannot be changed without contacting support.

How do I download my service documents?

Once your service request is approved and processed, you can download your documents from the "My Documents" section in your dashboard. All documents are digitally signed and can be verified for authenticity.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept multiple payment methods including UPI, Credit/Debit cards, Net Banking, and Wallet payments. All transactions are secured with 256-bit SSL encryption and processed through RBI-approved payment gateways.

How can I check my application status?

Login to your dashboard and go to "Service History" to view the status of all your applications. You will also receive SMS and email notifications at each stage of processing.
